Once the vacuum forming process is complete, the product is further processed in a five-axis automated trimming machine (a cnc router).
The product is fixed by vacuum on a purpose made jig. The fixture is normally milled directly from a numeric 3D model. This results in a
highly accurate and repeatable trimming process.
